CHINA TOWER (00788.HK) announced that it proposed to implement the share consolidation and capital reduction on the basis that every ten shares be consolidated into one. Upon effectiveness, it proposed to change the board lot size for trading from 2,000 shares to 500 shares. The effective date of the share consolidation is expected to be Thursday, 20 February 2025.
