<Research>HSBC Research Expects MO May GGR to Be MOP21.1B-MOP21.7B, Likes MGM CHINA/ GALAXY ENT

Industry data showed that Macau's GGR for the first 25 days of May 2025 amounted to MOP17.5 billion, and the average daily GGR for the past 7 days was MOP668 million, up 16% WoW, HSBC Global Research issued a research report saying. Assuming that average daily GGR for the rest of the month will be between MOP600 million and MOP700 million, the broker expected GGR for the full month to be between MOP21.1 billion and MOP21.7 billion, implying a 4-7% YoY growth. HSBC Global Research continued to be bullish on MGM CHINA (02282.HK)'s strong return on invested capital, believing that the Company's strong execution and efficient operations should lead to more resilient results in a more challenging operating backdrop. The broker also liked GALAXY ENT (00027.HK), as the Group is accelerating its Phase 3 construction.
