LINK REIT (00823.HK)'s FY2025 DPU grew 3.7% YoY to $2.7234, 1% higher than Citi Research's estimation of $2.6956, Citi Research issued a research report saying. Based on its midday closing price of $41.4, the yield was 6.6%. Overall, revenue increased by 4.8% YoY, net property income hiked by 5.5% YoY, and distributable income rose by 4.6% YoY, driven mainly by an one-off favorable tax resolution saving $1 billion annually, full-year contribution from Shanghai Qibao retail and financing cost savings of $200 million YoY. The portfolio performance was in line with expectations, but Hong Kong retail lease reversion turned negative at -2% due to market challenges.
