Conversational AI product and solution provider UNISOUND AI TECHNOLOGY announced details of its Hong Kong IPO, planning to globally offer nearly 1.561 million H shares, with 10% (156,100 shares) for Hong Kong public offering and 90% (approximately 1.4049 million shares) for international placement. The offering price ranges from HKD165 to HKD205 per share, with a lot size of 20 shares, and an entry fee of about HKD4,141.35. The offering period starts today (20th) and will end next Wednesday (25th), with listing expected on June 30. CICC and Haitong International are joint sponsors. In this IPO, UNISOUND AI TECHNOLOGY introduced SENSETIME-W (00020.HK)'s SensePower, an asset management company, and RUNJIAN (002929.SZ) as cornerstone investors, subscribing for RMB43.698 million, RMB30 million, and RMB20 million respectively, totaling approximately RMB95.5 million equivalent shares.
