CapitaLand Investment Considering Rescue Funds for HK-Listed Firms

Gabriel Fong, a senior executive at CapitaLand Investment, said that they are considering providing rescue funds to Hong Kong-listed companies due to the limited capital inflow into Hong Kong and Mainland China. He believes that these companies will benefit when the Hong Kong property market recovers.

CapitaLand Investment CEO Lee Chee Koon mentioned last week that he found many interesting assets in the Hong Kong market, including student dormitories, data centers, and offices that could be converted into hotels.
