The liquidators of China Evergrande have received non-binding acquisition intentions for EVERG SERVICES (06666.HK), Bloomberg reported, citing insiders.

It is understood that subsidiaries of China Overseas Group and China Resources Group are among the bidders. The transaction requires a deposit of HKD6 million, of which 10% is non-refundable. However, the process is still preliminary.
